SKEETAH put in a game performance at Nottingham and came out on top on testing ground. Her two best efforts had come on soft and this more demanding surface seemed to suit.
AWA BOMBA, was carrying a 6lb penalty for his C&D success six days ago at Southwell, but kept on well in the home straight and ended up winning comfortably. He obviously enjoys this surface and is 2-2 under Darragh Keenan.
