Across The Card Double For Multiplex

Two winners today for Multiplex who just keeps on delivering the goods.

At Chelmsford, LUCYMAI, who had run well in her last two visits, was’t ideally drawn, but she was well away and cleared her field, bagging the railand dominating from there, pulling right away in the straight to win comfortably by 4 1/2 lengths. A great result for trainer Dwean Ivory and rider Jack Duern.

Up at Newcastle, PADDYPLEX, on his reappearance after making a successful Flat debut at Ayr in May, was never far off the pace in the main group and quickened up well when asked by Phillip Makin to go and win his race a furlong out. He is entitled to still have improvement left in him and will hopefully continue to shine for trainer Keith Dalgleish and owners G & J Park.
