A trip to Catterick resulted in success for Shropshire trainer David Loughnane, as the 3yo Captain Gerrard gelding BAHUTA ACHA came from last to first and gained a third career success. He was slow to break but the strong pace played right into his hands, and to his credit the 3yo produced where it mattered. In the saddle, Ben Curtis produced him at just the right time to win by 1 3/4 lengths.
