Docklands 2nd at Royal Ascot
Docklands ran a very competitive race to come second in the Group 1 Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot, and just ran into a much-improved CHARYN on the day.
The 4yo Massaat colt is maintaining a high level of form, and has just been unlucky to fill the runner up spot in his last two races before this, firstly the Listed Queen Anne Stakes Trial, and then the Listed Prix de Montretout at Longchamp, both in May.
Docklands won the Britannia at the Royal Meeting last yearand it seems likely that a trip to Australia will be on his agenda for the long term.
Well done to trainer Harry Eustace, rider Hayley Turner, and all connections.
