Group Winner for MASSAAT!
A great start to the season For Mickley Stud’s MASSAAT, as QUEUES LIKELY landed her fourth win in a row in the Group 3 Schwarzgold Rennen at Köln. Bred by Mickley Stud out of the winning Green Desert mare Bakoura, the three-year-old sold as a yearling to Stan Moore for 14,000gns from Tattersalls Book 3.
Jockey sensation Billy Loughnane delivered an absolute masterclass on the filly, getting all the fractions right as he made all the running, and was never headed in the Group 3 event. This was her first time over a mile, and first time encountering heavy ground, but she was mightily impressive, with the best 3 year old German fillies strung out behind her in her wake.
