Another winner today for Multiplex, whose daughter LADY WILLPOWER got a positive ride in the Plus 10 Fillies’ Novice Stakes at Chelmsford, earning connections a nice £10,000 bonus in the process. She had been runner-up in her three previous starts, so while the 7lb claimed by jockey William Cox didnt hurt, this win didn’t come as a surprise, and Lady Willpower became the 9th winner for the reliable Mickley Stud mare Gagagulu. She was able to get over from a less than ideal position in stall ten, took the lead, and dominated from there. Well done to trainer John Quinn and all connections.
