LUCKY AVA carried a penalty for winning over course and distance a week ago, but today the result was rarely in doubt. She started quickly under Martin Dwyer and controlled the race from the front. She’s improving, and could be capable of a lot more as this HEERAAT filly is a full sister to Aberama Gold, who has 6 wins to his credit including the Listed Rockingham Stakes at York, and she is also a half-sister to El Hombre, by Camacho, who has won 7 races and achieved a best official rating of 93.
