Unwritten, a colt by Poet’s Voice, became the third winning 2 year old to be sold from Mickley Stud to Karl Burke this year when winning at Pontefract by a massive 9 lengths! Sold at Tattersalls last year for 25,000gns he could not have been a more impressive winner on only his second start. He was still a bit green and so there was an awful lot of promise in this performance and connections must be looking forward to next year! Well done to Karl Burke too for achieving his stable’s 22nd juvenile success of the campaign.
