MOTAKHAYYEL, already shown to be a talented son of Heeraat, was just denied on his recent handicap debut at Yarmouth, but looked capable of better returned to 1 mile, and won comfortably in a useful 3yo handicap at Newmarket to make it three wins from five starts. He was well positioned in the race, showing himself to be a progressive and smart handicapper with a big pot in him. This son of Heeraat will no doubt be aimed at Listed/Group 3 level further down the line.
