Strong Start For Heeraat in 2019

A number of trainers have said that Heeraat’s offspring look like they will be impressive three year olds, and he has certainly started the year strongly with a second, a third, and now a winner, from his first three runners.

On the 18th Jan, NOT SO SHY ran a solid race at Lingfield to come second, beaten by only a head, for trainer David Evans and jockey Nicola Currie.

Then yesterday at Chelmsford HANBURY DREAMS, still showing signs of greenness, defied odds of 33/1 to take third spot over 7 furlongs for jockey Martin Dwyer and trainer Tom Clover, who might have gone closer with the benefit of a clearer passage through the race.

Later on the same Chelmsford card, DAHAWI, a 100,000GBP yearling, did even better, winning on his racecourse debut for Luke Morris and trainer Hugo Palmer. Another first time out winner for Heeraat who knew his job enough on debut, but is expected to improve.

Congratulations to all connections!
