EL BELLO got up to give us a Valentine’s Day winner, given a fine ride by Hollie Doyle. Bred by Mickley Stud, EL BELLO finished behind Subjective Value and Decorated Doll at Kempton last time, but he had by far the worst trip of the three that day. Meeting this time over a furlong shorter, he put on the afterburners inside the final furlong and finished strongly to win a shade cosily. He’s got more to offer.
