The 5yo Medicine Hat, a son of Multiplex, returned from a 322 day break to win most impressively at Wolverhampton on Saturday, making his debut for the Marjorie Fife yard . He had been successful on his last Flat start in October 2015, and returned with a vengeance, quickly putting the race to bed entering the turn for home. This win, over 2 miles, was his third from 14 starts and reinforced the diversity of his sire, who can produce both sprinters and stayers! Medicine Hat has now won on turf, the all-weather, and over hurdles. Well done to connections.
