Nice to see IT’S JENNIFER back where she belongs in the winners enclosure at Compiegne, France, having her first run in six months for trainer Louisa Carberry. Bred by Richard Kent at Mickley Stud, the 7yo It’s Jennifer is out of an Overbury mare, and picked up a very nice hurdle win in the Prix de Ranville, and prize money of over £19,000, before going back chasing.
Also today, we were delighted to see another 2YO success for our dual purpose sire YORGUNNABELUCKY! LETS GO LUCKY made it two wins over 7f for trainer David Evans and owner/breeder Roger Brookhouse. Our sire has achieved 33% winners to runners on the flat, and he is a full brother to “Sire on Fire”, SHAMARDAL, so he provides a very cost-effective option for flat mares, not just national hunt!!
