Great news for Shamardal’s full-brother YORGUNNABELUCKY, a resident of Mickley Stud, who has sired the winner of the Listed bumper at Cheltenham today. Timeforatune won initially for breeder/owner/trainer Brian Eckley and is now in the stable of champion trainer Paul Nicholls, for whom he has now won twice. He was sold out of Brian Eckley’s stable for £175,000 after his winning debut in Ffos Las in May, and landed the odds on his stable debut at Chepstow last month, defying the penalty in determined style. A nice prospect, he’ll appreciate longer trips when he makes the switch to hurdling. He responded very well when the pace picked up today and we are delighted for all connections.
