Wow, what a gutsy win by Mickley Stud bred Tobefair, by our former stallion Central Park, taking down the Grade 2 PERTEMPS NETWORK HANDICAP HURDLE at Warwick Races today! TOBEFAIR, had been hiked up 45lb for winning his last FIVE handicaps, made it 6-6 for new connections. It was not plain sailing for him but he found admirably and was not to be denied. Trevor Whelan bided his time on Tobefair, before delivering his mount with a strong run that saw him land the spoils by a length and a half from Scotchtown. He may still be a step ahead of the handicapper, and Cheltenham beckons. His ability to handle any ground is a huge plus.
