Mickley Stud-bred GRANNY BUDGIE, by Massaat, won in the USA at Santa Anita for trainer Phil D’Amaoto.
The 3yo filly was originally bought for only £18,000 as a yearling before going on to win three times for trainer George Scott, from only 5 starts. That level of form attracted attention and she was sold to go to the USA where she is clearly thriving, and looks to have an exciting future ahead of her!
