In the Limerick Festival finale, the two market leaders cried enough early in the straight when the winner, the Multiplex gelding JAMMY GEORGE, kept piling it on from the front. Jammy George made nearly all to post a game success and found more for pressure when the runner-up threw down a strong challenge inside the final furlong. He has improved from his respectable debut, and is a very nice sort with a good attitude. He is bred to be useful too, being a half-brother to the Grade 1-winning Lucky William, also trained by Tom Cooper.
