The 9 year old son of our former stallion Overbury, NEFYN BAY, gained his 6th career success in the 2m 4f Chase at Musselburgh for jockey Brian Hughes and trainer Donald McCain. Despite being badly hampered on the run-in, he stayed on gamely under pressure to snatch victory near the finish. He had finished second in five of his seven starts over fences since his last win, so this win was well deserved.
